Battle Ropes are a great functional training used by a variety of athletes, including football, rugby, mixed martial arts and american football, to improve anaerobic conditioning, arm and shoulder endurance, grip strength and core activation.

Unlike many other ropes on the market today, these haven't been manufactured in China by someone that doesn't know the difference between a good Battle Rope and a poorly designed one. Our team of fitness experts have worked with the UK based manufacturers to develop a Battle Rope that not only feels great when you use it (built for biomechanical optimisation), but also WILL NOT BREAK within a few weeks like some of our competitor's designs.

Our Battle Ropes have been built to be "BulletProof" (hence the name), and with our unique manufacturing techniques:

1. The rubber ends WILL NOT slide off the rope (we don't just use a little glue, like others)
2. The rubber ends are short (unlike most) so they don't hurt your wrist
3. The rope is pliable, NOT STIFF, so it actually moves like it should
4. The rope is protected by a loose cover, that protects the rope inside WITHOUT affecting the feel or putting more stress on the handle-rope join
5. The robe can be protected from "anchor wear" with our additional protector sleeve in the Anchor Pack

Because our ropes are manufactured in the UK, we can offer them in different lengths and thicknesses. We recommend:

• 28mm (Red) as the standard thickness - the perfect thickness and weight for 80% of gym users (male and female)
• 36mm (Blue) is the thick version - good for stronger individuals, but usually too thick/heavy for most females and smaller/weaker males.
